pure clean water and avoiding radiation, heavy metals, pollution
etc play significant role in stalling and reversing the signs
of aging. Stress reduction through mind and body techniques regular
excises and use of antioxidants to help eradicate free radicals
(a cause of premature aging) also play vital role in anti-aging.
